Hypnosis: Hypnotisability,
Susceptibility Tests and Induction Techniques An
introduction to the use and practice of hypnosis as a treatment for
psychological problems and how to test a client for hypnotisability
and susceptibility to suggestion. Also an Induction
Technique that is safe to use as an introduction to the relief of
tension and a Relaxation Technique.

Hypnosis: Deepening
Techniques Taking the
Induction Technique in Lesson One a step further by showing how to
deepen the trance state.

Lesson 3.
Hypnosis: Termination of
Hypnosis Although the
initial Induction script has a termination technique, there are many
others that can be used. This lesson discusses and
teaches how to terminate hypnosis safely leaving no 'side effects' or
residual negative feelings.

Lesson 4.
Hypnosis: Principles of
Suggestion/Post Hypnotic Suggestions Now
you can take a client into hypnosis, deepen the trance state and then
terminate safely, it is time to learn how to give the client
suggestions that will relieve the problem being
treated. These must be done correctly and ethically
and included in this lesson are suggestions that can be acted upon
after termination of hypnosis.

Lesson 5.
Hypnosis: Practical - Basic Hypnosis
(Progressive Relaxation) Another
technique that incorporates 'Progressive
Relaxation'. This script is very effective in
taking a client into hypnosis when resistance is present.

Lesson 6.
Psychology: Freud (Infantile
Development and Defense Mechanisms) Every
Hypnotherapist must know something of the psychology behind
illnesses. Otherwise, how can he treat a
client? Symptom removal is not the whole of this
course and finding the root cause of an illness is paramount in the
treatment offered. Although Freud is not everyone's
'cup of tea', he contributed some very useful knowledge to the
psychology of disease. This lesson discusses Freud's
contribution.

illness can be traced back to one of the Seven Keys revealed and
discussed in this lesson. This lesson is dynamite and must

practical session is to give you experience in using an hypnotic
script that will deepen the trance state and teaches a simple
technique that allows you to contact the client's Unconscious mind to

deal with through hypnotherapy. this lesson is to be
studied thoroughly to get the best from it and consists of the
pathology of anxiety and stress and means of dealing with the

is an easy technique for building a client's confidence and self
esteem. You
can use it on yourself when you have learned self-hypnosis (see Lesson

client through three sessions and guarantees he or she stops smoking,

the client believes in reincarnation, then it follows that he or she
will believe in past lives. Present day problems can
have their roots in a traumatic experience in a past
life. The reliving of that experience under hypnosis
can often resolve a life time problem. This therapy can
also be used as a cosmetic therapy for those who simply wish to know
their past lives.
